These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sprites Vault — the website, the Telegram Mini App, and the companion Telegram bot (together, the "Service") — a fan-made project developed and operated by Aleksandr Berlin, an independent developer based in Spain ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Sprites Vault is a free tool that lets you track your Fortnite sprite collection, view reference information about sprites and their variants, sync your collection between the website and the Telegram Mini App, share a read-only view of your collection with others, and — through the companion Telegram bot — manage squad rosters and see which teammates are online in Fortnite. Sprites Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. or Telegram. All Fortnite content, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The core tracker works on the website without an account, with your collection saved on your device. Other features — syncing across devices, sharing, and teams — require an account. You can sign in with Telegram, with your email address using a one-time code, or with your Epic Games account (see Section 3). You are responsible for maintaining access to the sign-in methods you use and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and must be old enough to use the Service under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You may optionally sign in with, or connect, an Epic Games account through Epic's official sign-in service — on the website to use it as a sign-in method, or in the Telegram bot to enable online-status checks for your team. When you do, you authorize us to receive and store the data described in our Privacy Policy. We never receive your Epic Games password. Your use of Epic Games services remains subject to Epic Games' own terms and policies, and nothing in these Terms modifies your agreement with Epic Games. You may disconnect your Epic Games account from the Service at any time.
Team owners add members by Telegram username. Only add usernames of people who are part of your squad and would reasonably expect to appear on your roster; remove a member promptly if they ask. Team rosters, and the online status the bot reports, are visible to the team's owner and members, and to any group chat the owner links the bot to. If your username appears in a team you don't want to be part of, ask the team owner to remove it or contact us.
If you create a share link, anyone with that link can view your display name or username and your collection. You control whether and with whom you share that link. Do not use share links, display names, or team names to publish content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes anyone's rights.

Fortnite, sprite artwork, and related names and imagery are the property of Epic Games, Inc. and its licensors, and are used here for identification and reference purposes only, in the spirit of Epic's fan-content guidelines. The Sprites Vault name, original text, and site code are provided for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. Reference data such as sprite abilities, rarities, and Sprite Dust estimates is community-sourced and may be incomplete or inaccurate; online-status information is best-effort and may be unavailable or out of date. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleksandr Berlin and Sprites Vault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or in-game items, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the account menu, or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove content, if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
